Discovering my neurodivergence as an adult

I haven't talked much about my own neurodivergence before now... it's something I've been discovering slowly over the past few years, but 2 months off work have really shown up some big struggles and I've decided it's time to start talking about it, with the hope of maybe bringing some conversation and community to other late diagnosed adults. It's a lot to take in... let's talk about it and support each other!
